Core Duties:
Perform various high-level quality program work functions with only general management direction. E.g., Planning and leading complex audits, quality support for critical, technically challenging procurements or leading complex audits. Provided the requirements of the associated quality program are satisfied, the individual has full responsibility and freedom for organizing, executing, and coordinating these assignments. (85%)
