We are seeking a highly skilled and forward-thinking Senior HRIS Administrator to lead the administration, optimization, and future transformation of our Human Resources Information Systems. This role will play a pivotal part in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and usability of employee data across the organization while preparing for and guiding us through a future HRIS system transformation.
The ideal candidate will have PeopleSoft experience, along with strong working knowledge of cloud-based platforms such as Oracle HCM or Workday and be capable of transitioning between legacy and modern systems with ease. This position offers a critical opportunity to shape how our organization captures, analyzes, and leverages workforce data.
This position will manage and maintain PPPLs HRIS, ensuring its optimal functionality and data accuracy. The individual in this role will be responsible for configuring, troubleshooting, and optimizing the HRIS to meet the PPPLs’ needs. Essentially, they will be the “go-to” person for all things related to the HRIS such as system administration, data management, report generation & analysis, user support, collaboration, and process optimization.
