The QA Support Specialist will perform important and diverse functions in support of the QA Department. The functions will apply knowledge and experience of database development of simple computer programs ; document management; maintenance of records; and processing of Quality Assurance nonconformance reports, audits reports, audit findings, corrective actions tracking, and other tasks as assigned.
The QA Support Specialist will report to the Head of the QA Department and be accountable for development and upkeep of QA department’s intra and inter departmental communications, documents, and records. The incumbent will perform database development, workflow creation, and serve as primary database administrator. Major responsibilites are:
